I have a question under my name i see misitrel of messages and in some others i see herald of harkening,squire of statements what they are what they mean ill be pleased to get a right answer .

They are simply titles obtained from various achievements, and occasionally from events (or marriage). They don't necessarily have a definitive significance other than a simple display of something you've accomplished. You can however utilize title bonuses should a particular title come paired with one. You can more or less equip the title bonus by selecting a title that has a desirable bonus and then clicking "Use Title Bonus".

Good eye; forum titles also hold no extreme importance other than signifying your post-activity (based on count). They change when your post count reaches x amount, change to another at x amount, and so forth. Different titles do not have different forum settings or advantages (that is unless it reads Moderator or Game Master).

Oh boy, this again. We've been over the concept that there are post-count requirements for every account to have rep power -- a minimum of 50 posts to have rep power equivalent to +1/-1; that quantity increases dependent on years active/posts by the hundred. Your negative rep, as stated several times before, was bestowed upon you by actual posters who found your forum activity distasteful. With that said, why don't you test your theory and make new alts to see if you can get yourself out of the red zone?

Though I do not know the exact number, I can say 1,000 points gives 8 green bars. If each bar requires the same amount to achieve another, it would be 125 + rep per bar.
