how to activate frost

Hi some one tell me how to activate frost in my weapon it says double click to activate it but when i double click it nothing happens

press v which shows your skill bar and u will see it

Press V to open your skill list.
At the very bottom,you will see a skill bar,which houses your basic attack,frost and rage explosion skills.
Drag the Frost/Arctic Frost(White) to any place among your 3 skill bars.
Click the frost skill on your skill bar.
Congrats!! You now activated frost.
Enjoy!!!
