So like i wanted to make use of the Sale /Anniversary Sale and Get Dragon Essence, but i can buy around 108x only, Does anyone know how much will it help me from Level 3 Bear to ? what

The amount of progress Dragon Essences give is based on chance -- you may or may not get 'critical strikes', which would give you more progress than a regular hit. Even boosting with crystals does not guarantee a crit strike, simply an amplified chance of getting one as long as you have boosts to use. This being the case, one cannot estimate where x108 will get you as it is entirely based of chance.

Im plannin on using the % Increase is there or minimal or maximized chance i would get to Tiger? From Bear

There is no minimum or maximum for this particular system -- it varies from player to player as it does click to click. It's based entirely on random chance, even with boosts. Boosts only increase your chances of getting a critical strike per click; by no means is it a fixed feature.
