I need help

I formatted my laptop today and when I got back online I had a problem

I had blocks after every name I thought it was my flash player but its fixed and up to date ...
Please if anybody know how to fix this can you please tell me

it might be you laptop lost its symbol font,,, just go to you os support to fix it

Okay because I haven't installed my Microsoft Office yet

Happened to me too.
I went to my granma's home a few days ago and logged in from my cousin's comp.
He didn't have microsoft too
and it was a PC not a laptop.
