probably not, unless it becomes a repetitive thing. they have a clause in the ToS (which you and every other member agreed to) which states they don't have to, and can interrupt service at any time. -

Yes but by that definition there was no interruption but downtime. 'They' did not interrupt the service. However it's been days and they didn't even say a word about it on forum so at least a 'sorry for the inconvenience' would be nice.
