In other words drop rate boosts are uterly usless....

Not necessarily -- if you're grinding for a lengthy amount of time for certain items (I.E. bottles and ingredients for fruits), drop boosts do come in handy. It's only as useless as you perceive it.

And i was wondering, my first character was a fail ranger puted skill points wrong wrong build no gear no was the first char wen i started so now hes lvl 38 and siting there in my account but i dont want to lose him ...... so hes over lvl 20 but i dont log in very often on it so i wanted to ask is he in any danger of geting deleted?

Also how do i repair an item witch is on 0 in my inventory not eqped?

Your ranger will not be deleted as it does not fall under said terms. In regards to repairing unequipped gear, you will not be able to do so. Gear must be equipped in order for repair effects to work.
