Can I max all Souls? and what is the Max level of each soul?

i think each soul spot can reach level 10 and in the soul spirits (the same color spot groups) you have to have the beginning ones level 10 before you can proceed to do the ones toward the end of the chain i hope this helped and didn't confuse you. -
