If that is the case please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com.
Explain the situation in the ticket to get the Character Lock removed.
You will also most likely have to answer various questions to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
Also another thing change the password to your Email that you used to register to r2Games if you haven't already.Helpful Links
