My friend and I want to battle each other via being evil, but I can't seem to find him whenever we're in the same place.
The same goes for him.
(We're in the same party also I'm a level 31 and he's 21)
Is this a glitch or have I done something? D:

You are on different instances. To change instance click the L# found in your minimap.
So choose L2 and now you should be at the same instance.

Also, use Party mode if it's a friendly duel. Don't use Evil mode, or else you would regret having a red name.

it depends on your server, is your server is pvp or pve?
