can get warriors pack

GM, please help... its been 30 mins since i enter avernal but i cant get the warrior pack. please help... i wont get out avernal till i got my warriors pack.. thanks

maybe you already get, because once you entered in avernal the buffs of warriors call will start to decreased, maybe you forgot to talk to npc, talk to npc to get the reward of warriors call

im still inside avernal... thats why i ddnt get out coz when i was about to claim it it say i have to stay 10mins to get the warriors pack but its been 30mins but still i can get...
