I'm confused on Rabid Racoon?

Hello, I'm level 36 and am currently on main quest "Shedding The Light On The Disappearance" and I'm still using a Baby Turtle as my Mount.
When I open my Mount screen, it shows this:-

Surely that means I have Rabid Racoon as a mount? Yet when I double click and when I have to dart somewhere long distance, I still get the Baby Turtle.

Just spam double click on the mount until you see your toon riding on it, or try placing it on the hotbar and use the hotkey to equip the mount.
