Creating Guild cost 5g and you need to be at least lvl 30 to create it, you can create it at than click create guild:

There is 1000 guides about guild but not single one with info about guild skill stats so .... lets start about Guild skills

You can learn max 2 guild skills and max lvl of one guild skill is lvl 10



Upgrade Requirements, if you are Guild Master:

lvl 1 skill cost 4 silver of guild reserves to upgrade
lvl 2 skill cost 8 silver of guild reservers to upgrade
lvl 3 skill cost 14 silver 40 copper of guild reservers to upgrade

lvl 5 skill cost 41 silver 2 copper
lvl 6 skill cost 67 silver 24 copper
lvl 7
lvl 8
lvl 9
lvl 10

If you are Guild Member, skill to learn if is upgraded by GM:

lvl 1 Requires Guild Contribution of 20 or above, 0 gold, 0 silver, 0 copper
lvl 2 Requires Guild Contribution of 35 or above, 1 gold, 88 silver, 0 copper
lvl 3 Requires Guild Contribution of 53 or above, 3 gold, 37 silver, 60 copper
lvl 4 Requires Guild Contribution of 75 or above, 5 gold, 91 silver, 92 copper
lvl 5 Requires Guild Contribution of 101 or above, 10 gold, 24 silver, 26 copper
lvl 6

Why cant I learn the skills? I have over 1000 points but its blacked out and it says I must develop skill first. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a small + icon next to the skill you're trying to learn? If not, your guild leader has not upgraded said skill, therefore you cannot learn it.
