where can i find the mystic dragon...and if i go to tree of life i cannot enter,,,(newbie)

To get to the Tree of Life where ladder is located, you can use the teleporter in Starglade or Aurora Point.
To enter Ladder, you need to be in a party (a full party is recommended). Speak to Ardhon the Guardian for the option to enter. For the lvl 10 ladder quest, you'll need to fight your way through each floor until you get to the 10th floor. Defeat the dragon to complete the quest.
