  • My ticket will not send

    I have tried to send a ticket in about 16 times now and it keeps telling me to try again and fix errors in the ticket. All the information in the ticket is correct. could it be a problem with the way i saved my screenshot? plz help

    That is a possibility. Make sure the screenshot is saved in jpg format and meets the size requirements. If you still have trouble, try uploading the screenie to tinypic and sending the link.

    If that still doesn't work, take a screenshot of the ticket screen and send it in a pm to me and I'll see if I can help you find the errors.

      to Memorylane : can i ask for help as well please about my log in for facebook is it ok to use my email instead fb? I saw one of the thread earlier but its closed and i am not been able to send pm..eniiway please help ty

          um any one know how many days before ur ticket will be read or take an action by gm's ?

            Depends on the issue. Make sure you got the auto-reply with your ticket number sent to your email address so you can check the status of your ticket.
