you can't get any gold from mobs ^^ but you can sell their loots for gold

Sell the loots for gold when your killing mobs.

Make sure to loot all the items dropped by the mobs and sell it to the NPC or trade with other players.

this game is not like normal rpg game where u kill monsters u get gold or coins

As stated by the other players and the two GMs (which is kinda unnecessary to repeat the answer, FYI), this game does not allow in-game currency to drop from mobs.
From one elite monster, alone you can make around 30s-52s - and that's a lot for just one elite mob.

Overtime, you'll notice how easy it is to obtain gold in the game.
Patience is a virtue.
