Is gonna have a New server?

I have a doubt if there is gonna be a new server tomorrow because server Eternal Sanctum is too boring,and highest characters are already lvl 64 and 60+ and there are players that cant have fun anymore so Please make a new server and sorry for my english i am from Brazil so it isnt my language
