Can't Open Private Shop

Why i can't open private shops at starglade ??

your shop name might be the problem, it doesn't accept any special sign like "/" or "&". remove those, and you should be able to open it. or the area is too crowded, but the game will tell you if that's the case.

Also make sure that you do not key in "enter" after the Shop name.

that happened to me too,,i file a ticket & now i can open my private shop when i click it

thats more on a lag issue. just like me.. i cant open my shop most of the time.. but sometimes... it works ^_^
