i think theyre not allowed but i see many people keep on doing it and theyre not yet banned :/

As long as real money trading is not directly involved, it is okay but the problem with this kind of deals is that it does not follow the in-game trade system so scamming happens. We do not advice players to participate in these transactions unless they know the player or is trustworthy enough.

If you see people trading cash for ingame items (yes, this includes VIP transactions as one person is paying cash to receive items from someone else. And no, it does not include cash shop trades since crystals are an ingame currency), then take a screenshot and file a ticket.
