If you have previously abandoned the quest in order to rebirth onto a higher plane, you will need to file a ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) in order to have it restored. Include your server and IGN and request that your Monster Handbook quest be manually restored. The GMs will work with you from there to get everything sorted out.
