How do i erase mu MUTED?

i cant speak in any CHAT MODE.. it say System: You have been MUTED

The GM's have stopped you from speaking. That usually happens because you have been abusive or otherwise breaking the rules in chat. If you don't think this is corrrect you should file a ticket I think.

I think the you will be able to regain your ability to chat in awhile but you must did something wrong in order to be muted.
