For pvp I would say Rogue but if you preferring to kill players multiplely then Mage is for you I dont the build for the mage but ive seen players that are mage in sengolia battlegrounds kill lot.For rogue i do no its Shadow Rogue.Hybird Priest is very good at pve and they are very most needed in dungeons, also if a Hybird Priest is made very effectively then one can solo a dungeon in a low lvl. This is my first time answering a question so if im didnt give the answer your looking for please say so.

Ice mage would be better

Go with protection knight, they excel in both PvP and PvE at late game. Make a priest alt to be a healing slave for your knight at low lvl too.
