What should i increase for my mage char so that it can be good in pvp and some of the dungeons.
Should i got full intellect or 2 intellect and 1 endurance? When I mean dungeons I dont mean solo I just mean that ill get some help from others and so that i can hit hard both in some of the dungeons and in pvp?

Full intellect all the way for best results. You just need to upgrade Ice Soul more.
