i think it depends maybe his a GM maybe not just dont mention them.. cuz if hes a gm may be he will bann it just becarefull to other guys that you dont know... cuz its hard to know if they are a gm or not

Obviously a lie, many stupid people impersonated as GMs for whatever stupid reason, don't be intimidated by these people. Also GM would probably use the Whisper Chat instead of posting in the World nor would they use foul language like "***". Just file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com/ when you see this kind of case.
