Cant connect to new server

Plz can someone help me i tried to connect to new server and i cant it says the page doesnt exist can someone help i already tried a lot of other browser's
plz tell me it is maintenance and not my connection problem

i managed to connect just to S1,S2,S3 THE OTHERS ARENT CONNECTIN MAYBE IS A MAINTENANCE

it is working... you have to restart your computer whwenever your get dc'd...
