can't log in my main..

..what happened to my main??
I log in my account and then i used my main char...and when i was playing, we went on ladder..we reached lvl 5 then this word suddenly appeared "connection failed"...so i used my other char but same account and i can use it...but i can't still used my main char....
what should i do??....

that's because some one else is using ur char because i shared my alt pass with my little brother when i am online and when he tries to get online with the same that happens to me change pass i guess
