Im so stuck

I don't know how to level up. I need do quests in revenant vault, but also have stuff of it haha. But I'm to noobie for can do it alone.
How i can level up faster? And have a better equipment?

I'm so noobie so i hope i post it in the good place. My english isn't that good, I'm from The Netherlands.

below level 40 quests, Crystal Ladder and Blessed bath are the best ways to level imo 40+ Training Ground during seignor is my favourite time to level but other than that do all your dailies, daily lol they help alot
