you can get them from teeka eggs that you can buy with crystals,from other players,get with contribution,i believe you can get fro treasure trove,and some events maybe...
just note that the eggs aren't guarentied to hatch

it is about 10-20 if ur luck is on the good side u might get it around 1-10 tries
