If one were to fuse a level 20 mount into another mount would it add stats based off the boosted stats or base stats.

If you're fusing a gen 0 mount, 40% of the level 20 secondary mount's boosted stats will be carried over to the primary mount. Fusing a gen 1 mount however works a little differently. -
