The whole idea is just to make a quick buck. Traditionally people spend cash to get ahead in the short term. After the cash slows down servers are merged to make more space for those quick cash making opportunitites of the new server. As for that statement of hackers needing new program, you're an idiot the code remains the same for the game.Comment
