I get to character select screen but cant get onto game what is happening?
Loading bar does appear but it is stuck at 0Kb/s and 0% loaded.

I'm having the same problems. I tried clearing cache, history, EVERYTHING like the old guides say, but still nothing. Is this because of the upcoming merge? The account i'm trying to load is on Heavenly Isle.

yah...same here i already clear my cache,history and coockies but there's no effect

Try to uninstall your flash player, reboot then install it again. I don't have the download links so ask google. After installing clear cache and then try logging in to game. Here's a tip. Im guessing you all guys that stuck at loading screen uses google chrome, but heres a fact, google chrome is not really compatible for browser games like this, so im suggesting you guys use mozilla firefox. If it doesnt load too on firefox, uninstall mozilla, then reinstall it again. Try it, worked for me. Be sure you guys have latest flash player version.
By the way I have the same problem you guys have 1 month ago. =D Now I'm playing cs with no hassle.Comment
