Weeeeeeeeeeell there are other ways to farm gold aside from selling Heroic Wings.
Special events for example, try to nab some of the rare items that you can get from events, then either sell them now or hoard them and sell them when the items are scarce again. Gotta have that ol' business sense in you.

Look at the bright side, some items that are inaccessible to you are now easier to buy.

But there are alot of disadvantages to players below scion and edilion. And problem with GR, we will never get our quest done if we just kept getting killed cuz of merge.It wud b a waste of time so maybe we all players below scion shud stop doing them orelse its just gona waste of our time ,gold,orbs and will lower or weap durability!

True, it's turning to be a tough world out there for mortals, and it's true in GR it's turning into a suicide mission to get in there (unless your server has an agreement of peace). But GR only provides a huge amount of honor and guild contribution. There are other ways (although more laborious) to get honor and guild contribution, such as guild quests or Sengolia.

You think the first 3 servers wanted to merge? No we did not. But look at this way there is new people to play with. Which means more options for parties. Which means a higher chance of getting your dailies done that require parties. Such as Blessed Bath, Crystal Ladder and Training Grounds. You willget used to the merge in no time. I'm personally glad the server merge happened for S1 S2 and S3. You will learn to like it.
