who are they breaking it if they selling it with they own money its the players decision if they want to buy it or not, am i right? its not the players fault if they get scammed those people who's scamming they suppose to get banned not non-scammers.

Since when was buying VIP illegal?
From my point of view, buying VIP with in-game gold is like buying cash shop items from Cashers.
Buying VIP from Cashers with real life currency, now that would be illegal.

it's highly illega because of the card information.. they have acess to. it's there responsibility to keep it safe and that what there doing. unless u want somone to go on a crystal spending spree with your money you earn..if u want vip save up 10$ and go buy game card and you will have vip.Currently playing Wow and no longer plays CS anymore.
