Vault normal PC drop question

Hi,

I'm a level 39 ranger and I dont seem to get a pc drop from the second boss in revenants vault normal. I do get from bonecrusher and vega though. Just wanted to check if its normal or if my account's bugged as i read somewhere that someone's account was bugged that he wasn't able to farm pcs. Just checking to make sure.

the mobs or boss must be green name to have a chance to drop PC, if its black or gray its level gap, ex. if your enemy boss level is lvl34 and your level is 39 theres a chance

level gap dude, if u want a pc drop u must be lvl 5 higher than the boss

haha..me too if I know that PC is very important I did my all vault normal run when I was 35+...

I thought the chances of pc drops are 100% if you're within 30-39 lvl range for vault? and BC 40-49 range? or am i mistaken?
