i brought some xstals yesterday but they did not credit to my account i have tride yesterday and today to raise a ticket but the stupid thing is bugged you carnt choose your char so cannot prosses ticket i want goods i paid for that money is now gone from my account

Try creating a new temporary alt character at the moment for you to be able to file a ticket
