Character is gone?

I have been playing this game for a litlle while now and when i go to play on my character its gone .. i was lvl 23

Make sure to select the right server where you created your character. Ty checking S58, S59 and S65 servers for Crystal Saga.

friend had same problem, he can access his toon by logging in with the Facebook icon
