    500 Crystal Payment

    Hello GM... I already purchased 500 crystal and my money online have been deduct for it... it says that I have to wait for 12 hours and I was informed that the
    500 crystal will be deliver in the 12 hours... but after waiting for 12 hours i don't receive any crystal yet... and I try to send you tocket but have problem to fill in my character's name... what should I do to get my 500 crystal

      If you're having a problem filing a ticket, create an alt on a server that has not recently been merged and use that to contact support. Just be clear in your ticket which character and server the crystals were purchased for.
