A lot of people constantly bug me for my build or what I spent on soul or what they should spend their crystals on for max benefits I will explain it all in this guide

IV:Soul Basics and Not so Basics
In my opinion soul is the main thing you should focus on when spending crystals just about everything can be obtained in game sooner or later(hellwing,Angel Lords,etc.)

Ice Soul: This soul should probably not be worked on too much until you have upgraded brilliance and void as much as you can with the soul shards you can afford. Defence and damage reduction is nice to have on a rouge but it is not something you will ever shine at leave that to the knights. Although there is something very beneficial from the big Endurance boost you get from this soul and it is hp. We are in my opinion the 2nd easiest class to kill considering all long range classes have a chance to take us out of stealth and then give us trouble getting to them curses blizzard traps etc. so the extra hp will help u stay alive long enough to get in attacking distance of them after that all it takes is a couple hits and they are dead. My recommendations is to only work on the first 4 nodes available to you they all give a nice endurance boost and luckily we don't have to level pointless nodes to get to them.

Toughness:

Not the most amazing defence boost but ehh it's something and its first in line so you need to max it to max the other nodes it's pretty cheap to max anyway.
Preciousness:

Now this is worth maxing out 188 endurance when maxed which gives for a nice Hp and pdef boost and a 10% defensive boost on physical and magical defense you have to always look out for those % boosts because the higher your stats the bigger the boost meaning it will always benefit you in the long run maybe not in the beginning but later you will see the difference just a small example If you have 1000 pdef a 10% boost will give you 100 bonus defence totaling 1100 pdef...not too crazy right but if you have 10000 pdef you will be looking at a 1000 pdef bonus totaling 11000 pdef see what I mean) So these % bonuses will help you throughout all the levels

Flexibility/Stability:

These two do about the same thing expect ones magic and ones psychical again we have some % based defense boosts as I talked about very important for the long run this time we got some damage reduction 5% reduction isn't a big deal to be honest but later on it will help a lot.
What we are really looking at is the combined 167+167 endurance boosts this along with the 188 endurance boost from Preciousness will call for a hefty amount of Hp which is always a plus to have. At this point this is where I would stop for now if you haven't maxed void and brilliance yet, but upon maxing void and brilliance this should come next in the list to work on a bit considering we have no heals the defence boost will allow us to last a little longer in battlegrounds like sengolia.

Brilliance Soul:This is where the majority of your damage is going to come from. It does cost about 250,000 crystals to max it but it's pretty damn worth it in my opinion it is also possible to eventually max it without cash if you take advantage of events and get about 10+ soul shards from ladder and src exchange everyday...not something you will accomplish in a couple days but it's possible so don't be discouraged. I will list what I consider the top 5 nodes of this soul and explain why you should focus on them.

Ferocity:

Huge boost in Strength and when paired with Blessing of Peace(Seal Broken)Lv 5 You are looking at a 376.5 Str boost
Also we cannot overlook the +10% Patk which will progressively raise your stats as you level up(The higher your Patk the higher the boost)

Madness:

When maxed out the 674 patk boost will help at low levels but wont be really special in the long run but the 10% Patk boost just like ferocity will always help you out no matter what your level is I would defiantly max it out as soon as possible. With this and Ferocity Maxed you are looking at a 20% Patk Boost so far almost the same as equipping a Gorilla Titan Mount

Vulgarity:

10% Attack Speed boost you will defiantly need this in the pve section of the game most pvp fights with rogue last seconds and you will mainly use skills to kill players but bosses on the other hand will take a while longer to kill and they actually stand still so you can stack your *** damage on em, the 10% attack speed boost basically makes you throw 11 hits in the time it would normally take you to do 10 hits, a rogue does 2 hits at a time so trust me any attack speed boost on a rogue is deadly..25+ Movement Speed will def help you catch up to those pesky archers who zoom across the battle grounds so that will always be a plus. This isn't top top priority to max out but you will need to max it to reach a very important node called...

Cruelty:

This is a gold mine of power for rogues 30% Crit Damage as a Rogue you hit twice per hit meaning 2 chances to land a critical hit this 30% Boost will make those crits much more deadlier and the +259 Critical Strike rating will make those crits happen much more often this is a must have for your class so keep it on the top of your priority list.

Braveness:

271 Str boost along with Blessing of Peace(Seal Broken)Lv 5= 406.5 Str..sexy isn't it
But if that wasn't enough you get a nice 7k+ Hp to add to your pool of life and keep you killing
And if that still doesn't woo you well the 21% Str boost will this will bring out the true potential of the brilliance soul
Dominance will also give you a beautiful 21% Str boost so lets do a bit of math after maxing out all these nodes
251str+271str+42%str boost+50%strboost(blessing)= 1002.24 Str right off the back from this soul alone not including the Str you already get from leveling up.
It wont be cheap though I will let you know right off the back leveling Braveness and Dominance from level 9 to 10 alone will cost 512 soul shards each it takes about 1k soul shards to max out either one of these nodes in the end the results will be amazing though and the power gains will only exponentially get better as you become stronger.

Void: To be continued

Light: To max out light soul would have the same logic as making a pure int rouge so really the only reason you would want to throw some shards in here would be if you are close to getting an aurora. Not all is hopeless in this light soul thought R2 was kind enough to add 2 nodes that are beneficial to all classes and you don't have to upgrade any pointless nodes to get to them.

Power: Image is a little larger to show which node is being highlighted

This is almost the same as Madness from the Brilliance soul but a tad weaker in terms of fixed Patk and Matk bonuses but those aren't very important what we want is the 10% Patk boost which will help us when our level is maxed out along with being a bit weaker than madness the price is also close to halved in terms of soul shards so this is a cheap way to get a nice 10% patk boost add this to the boost from Madness and Ferocity and you are now looking at a % attack boost similar to a Gryphon coming from your soul alone

V: Pets

As a rouge you will need pets to "SUPPORT YOU" not to add damage.
The damage you put out will make your pets damage not even stand out really but we all have our weaknesses ours being defence.
Sure we have incredible dodge but you don't want to base the outcome of a fight to percentages you want guaranteed results, what better way to guarantee a kill than a "Perfect Stun" technique.

A level 100 Eidolon with 15k patk and 1.2k str is calling a mortal that surpasses his stats weak lol...♥♥♥♥ logic i guess??
