what lvl Burning Angel Skills ?

guys , what lvl of Burning Angel can get first skills ?

Lowest pet level I've gotten a skill on my BA was 20.
I'm sure you can get them before level 20, I've rebirthed mine 5 times, full skill slots.

Sometimes it learned 1-2 skills, sometimes 4-5 skills.

Earn guild contribution points and exchange them for Pet Skill Slot Expanders (or use Crystals) to open the slots so the BA can learn something. Then continue to level your BA up.

If your BA hasn't filled most of its skill slots by lvl 80, breed it so it will become level 1 again and will have a chance to learn the rest of its skills, or rebirth it. Not all pets learn all skills the first time around.

you need to open pet skill using pet skill slot expander then go and lvl your pet and it will automatically learn random skill
