Buy Crystalls and VIP

yesterday i purcase 1500 crystalls at 7:40 am (server time) and VIP status but my VIP status it came istantly and my Crystalls not... i know tat i need to w8 about 12-14 ours but now tat is at 22:44 pm i dont receive te crystalls but only my VIP status.
