    I cant open

    Please help me, I cant open my character's lock, even if I put the password many times (Authorization error), even if my capslock is off, please help me. All letters are correct, and I dont know what just happened

    oh I had that 2, but after about 20 times it worked all asudden o.o and I checked if my hands were placed wrong on my keyboard or is I had caps on or whatsoever but that wasn't the case, even copy pasted it a couple of times seeing that it was the correct pass. thought I was hacked and someone changed it but guess it was just some fail or something.. but yeah.. if it still doesnt work after alot of tries, better file a supportticket..

      better not use char lock
      It's important to make people happy, but you got to start by yourself

        Don't use Char. lock only if u know that u save the Password
