What's the 'Training cap' for pet?

At standard it's 100 , but since the cap can be lifted with crystals, does anyone know/could anyone get the information of how much the maximum for it is?

And any official statement to the max cap in it??

Also does the trained attributes/aptitudes (which it btw increases?) apply from the secondary pet used in breeding? And will the main pet still have the trained attributes/aptitudes?
