Good afternoon. I have an account in game on a site Kongregate. There only 4 servers for game on a choice. Names 1,2,3,4. On official a site of such servers there is a lot of. As to me to transfer the character from a site Kongregate on the official server. Whether it is possible?

unless r2 is hosting the servers through kongregate (even then 99.99% chance they won't/can't do anything), there is no hope but to start a new character where you want to play o.oCrystal Saga:

Server Transfers are not allowed - and Kongregate actually runs their own servers - as we do, too.
