well you should go to Dungeons ... as R212345658 said but he forget to say that all the Dungeons you have to go in NM or Hard mode .. well for BC hard u should go with Lvl 55+ healer or tanker ... SR { Hard or NM ** u should go with someone can already solo hard or NM .... idk about other dungeons .. but you should go and solo Vault Hard and NM for HW or buy it from the Shops

although you can get HW's from easy/normal mode dungeons there is a time they don't drop hw so do hard or nightmare level ones(S31)CardinalSin

I prefer to write "Revenant Vault" in forum than "Vault", so it will avoid a misunderstanding to a newbie that read it
Heroic Wings is obtainable through :
1. Dungeon lv 30, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85++ (Only drops in hard or nightmare mode)
2. Buy from item mall
3. Buy from other player
4. Some events gives some hwings
5. General Kahn ("Honor Equipment Exchange" ----> "Daily Exchange" -----> Heroic Wings)
