Casting speed vs attack speed

what do these actually do, Like Does Attack speed effect patk based skills?

Also for clarification, Does Improved Magic Arrow Use casting speed or attack speed?

anything involving cast time is affected by casting speed. attack speed boosts the attack rate of base attacks

ATTACK SPEED for your base damage
castings SPeed is for your skills..

Look at ur skills....if any skill has 0.1 or more cast time on it, it uses casting speed....anything with just 0 cast speed uses attack speed

Casting Speed is how fast you can cast a spell. If the spell/skill takes time. its determined by your casting speed.
Attack speed is how fast you attack.
How i got this right

Casting Speed -> Magical Skills (ranged and/or magical
Attacking Speed -> Physical Skills ( melee and/or non-magical)
Also if a GM is reading this, dude the beef buff from the event doesn't increase casting speed.
