        I want it to be investigated not just kept so that the Crystal Saga will not get there problem.

          Actually I dont think he should be banned because he's a beginner and he probably didn't know about the rules or anything. Im sure we all know no one reads the Terms of agreement etc. Any problems? contact me, Im (S28)XxDivinexX, you should know me.

            Only way it will be investigated is if you send the screenshot in a ticket.

            Irrelevant. If you break the rules you can't claim innocence just because you didn't bother to read the rules first.
