If they have a forum account they might have it in their sig, ask their friends if you know any still on the server you play. Probs only things you can do unless you know them irl or something.

they don't have any other characters in any other server at the moment. if they didn't give you any details on how to contact them out of game you'll have to wait an see if they log back into the main server you two play on to get a hold of them, they might have just taken a small break from the game. everyone has a life to manage
