It depends which you want. If your going for dps, go for beast heart, liturgic elemental, or holy seal. If your going to defense go for three dimensional defense or absolute control. If your going for hp go for blood breaking kill or demonic gift. Those are for the bonus combinations. Personally if I was u Id do a mix. beast heart/liturgic elemental for farming/ grinding purposes and then do three dimensional defense for things like ladder or what ever you need the defense for.
Also the bonus for attack/matt is 1250 for lv 5 gems 1750 for lv 7 gems. The defense bonus is 1250 for pdef and mdef at lv 5 gems and 1750 for lv7 gems. Now the hp bonus is 28000.
