Hi GMs i just wanted to ask.ive seen many ppl comments with their IGN showing under their comments could u please teach me how to do that

Erm... Do you mean here in the forums?
It's called a "signature", you could pretty much put anything there (as long as it's not offensive).
Just go to "Settings" on your upper right corner of this window, scroll down to "my settings" tab, then click "Edit signature".

In the forums at the very top click on forum actions then edit profile after that on the left side of your computer screen look for edit signature then click it and you can put your IGN and anything else you want in there after that save it and it will show up under your commentsComment
