I'm using Ubuntu atm and have no idea how to screenshot but I can tell you that when you click "Afk Mode" on the bottom toolbar a window will pop up. There's monsters displayed in the top left corner. Underneath is a little box to put your skills and under that is a box that is labelled "Usage Intervals". Drag and drop your Ice or Fire shield into one of the little boxes in the Usage Interval box. Then next to that you can write 10 so you can have that skill used every 10 minutes while afk is active.
