It's already been said by Stormaggedon that they do not open servers during the weekends. It's also been said many times that the time gap between new servers will be no less than 10 days, not exactly 10 days. On top of that, there hasn't been an announcement for the new server yet, so it won't be open today, or tomorrow, and it's not likely an announcement will post over the weekend, so that rules out Monday and possibly Tuesday as well.
